The office fit out was a key part of the business transformation envisioned by Golding Homes, supporting their progressive and vibrant working ethos. We ran a staff engagement programme followed by furniture trials to gain a full understanding of the business and the people. That allowed us to develop a contemporary design embracing flexible styles of working and prioritising employees wellbeing.

Transformed
The office design features open workspaces, library style agile tables, moveable walls, stand-out breakout areas and a gym floor. The use of brand colours perfectly reflects the company’s personality and carries the brand through the space. The use of sustainable materials and carefully selected furniture and fabrics resulted in the project being awarded RICS Gold SKA rating, the highest SKA rating for a sustainable and environmentally friendly office.
