Working alongside DfE and building consultants, Turner & Townsend, we delivered a school refurbishment of Jubilee Primary School in four phases, over summer holiday periods. The objective from start to finish was to completely refurbish the existing building and convert it from its previous function into a modern school with a clean, practical design and functionality suitable for a wide range of children’s requirements.
We find FORM easy to work with and they produce work to a high standard. The team we worked with were committed to producing a successful outcome of our project and had a positive amenable attitude, understanding the protocols of working within a school. We are very pleased with our new facilities and they are appreciated by our children, staff and visitors alike.

The works included installation a new passenger lift, commercial kitchen, removal of level changes and creation of ambulant access routes, replacing all floor finishes, ceilings, mechanical and electrical installations, joinery and flat roof coverings. In addition to the internal school refurbishment, we also carried out a complete overhaul of the external landscaping with new access ways and hard/soft surfacing, a new car park and fencing around the total perimeter line of the property.
