Chait Investment Corporation approached us to reinstate a vacated floor in their office block in Gee Street, Clerkenwell. The previous tenant’s fit out had to be stripped out and the space reinstated to a high standard CAT A office. The RIBA design award winning building has a very high standard of finish with exposed concrete, veneered wall panels and exposed brickwork which had to be repaired and carefully re-finished.

The finished job offers top quality space for a wide range of potential tenants, offering flexibility and core amenities and complimenting a contemporary, raw aesthetics of the building. Our scope of works included strip out, new M&E services, raised access flooring, drywall partitions, new doorsets, joinery & decorations. The finished space features a column free open plan with an underfloor heating and cooling, exposed concrete walls, ceiling details and solid oak bris soleil to help shield sunlight and heat.
