We were engaged by the landlord’s appointed consultants, Cushman & Wakefield, to carry out end of lease dilapidations works to their commercial property located in the centre of the financial district close to Bank Station. This fast track project was turned around quickly and brought to the highest CAT A office fit out standard, providing all the necessary services and amenities for the potential tenants.
