16 South Park is a prime office building located in the heart of Sevenoaks, an attractive and bustling market town in Kent. With the lease of one of the floors coming to an end the landlord, Martin’s Properties, needed the office space to be brought to a high CAT A standard to accommodate a future tenant. In addition to creating a contemporary office, we were tasked to refresh the common areas and completely refurbish the washrooms an all floors of the building.

From a technical aspect Form introduced an expansive knowledge that made for a more efficient M&E specification than that requested at tender and enabled us to achieve a better performance outcome than we had envisaged, within budget. Form’s project management, during these challenging times, showed how being continuously adaptable enabled our ambitious project to come to fruition.

Added Value

 

The CAT A office fit out offers an easily divisible open plan area with a large teapoint and storage lockers. The space is light and simple yet contemporary and flexible to attract any potential tenant. Upgraded M&E services have a great impact on energy performance of the office and help to create a comfortable and healthy working environment.
Bright and airy common areas include male and female toilet facilities as well as a shower room and a disabled toilet in the basement. The design has been unified across all the floors and compliments the unique character of the building.
