We have been appointed by the landlord with CBRE on a refurbishment project at their headquarter’s in Paddington. We were tasked by the Client to refurbish 40nr washrooms, shower and changing facilities across 12 floors and to upgrade an external bike storage area. We worked closely with CBRE to develop a phasing programme to overcome any logistical challenges of working in an occupied building.

Added Value
Effective coordination, strategic planning and close attention to health and safety arrangements were key to a successful delivery of the project. The refurbishment required complex phasing and hoarding arrangements as well as night working to ensure minimal disruption to the client’s day-to-day operations.
The final space provides the Client with a completely refreshed washrooms, new showers, changing facilities and improved amenities as well as new bike racks.
