We were engaged by the property investment company RDI REIT to carry out the CAT A fit out of three industrial units within the Southwood Business Park in Farnborough. The works involved a complete external and internal overhaul of the existing dated warehouse and office spaces in order to bring them to a marketable standard.
Farnborough is a hub for many high tech, aviation and robotics companies, therefore it was essential to create attractive, high quality spaces that would provide both office accommodation and large scale production and storage facilities.
Jones Hargreaves on behalf of RDI REIT were impressed by FORM for the quality of the works and their ability to meet tight programme, which testament to the on-site and off site management that was in place for the project. This has given our client the confidence to role out similar refurbishments on other units as they become vacant.

Scope of Works
The external works included roof repairs, rainwater goods alterations, cleaning and repointing of brickwork elevations, cladding works, door replacement and decorations. We also carried out the spray painting of external cladding, windows and roofs.
Internally, we optimised the functionality of the spaces and brought the units to a high CAT A standard with new ceilings, floor and wall finishes, bespoke joinery, teapoints, washrooms and new M&E services.
Upon the completion of the landlord refurbishment works we were approached by the new tenant and asked to fit out their newly acquired office and warehouse space.
