We are pleased to announce the promotion of Chris Grenfell as new Managing Director of Form. Chris takes the position from January 2020, replacing founder Steve Potter, who steps down from his role to become the company's CEO.
Prior to his promotion, Chris lead the pre-construction, health, safety and quality functions of the business as well as running the Kent office.
Chris has demonstrated his leadership skills by successfully delivering numerous commercial projects throughout UK up to £3m in value and has been fundamental in growing the business both in turnover and in improving operational efficiencies.
Chris joined Form in 2007 as pre-construction manager and worked hard to develop his skills as a construction professional, qualifying with the Chartered Institute of Building in 2015 and becoming pre-construction director in 2016.
The appointment of a new managing director marks an exciting milestone in our company’s history as we continue to develop trusted partnerships with clients across London and the South East, delivering bigger and better projects and continuing to grow year on year.
On accepting the position Chris added:

Outgoing MD Steve Potter has spent 17 years as the Managing Director of Form and is looking forward to the opportunity to spend more time working with the staff and overseeing the improvement of internal systems and working practices.
