It’s been a tough time for live events. The effects of the pandemic have been felt across the industry, and many live music venues and events have found it increasingly difficult to survive the restrictions. The Carlisle Blues/Rock Festival is no different. In 2020, the organisers had no choice but to postpone the festival. But now it’s back and ready to rock. Form sponsored the event in 2019 and are delighted to be involved once again, helping to bring the blues back to Carlisle.
This hugely popular blues and rock event is taking place on 8-10th October 2021. Held in the iconic The Crown & Mitre Hotel in the heart of Carlisle, it’s promising to be another runaway success. The three-day festival has a reputation for the quality of the bands it brings to Carlisle and once again is pulling together a top-class line-up. Get ready to see some serious blues and rock names, including The Achievers, Band of Friends and Tommy Allen.

Form has long had a great interest in supporting live music, particularly the blues, and the Carlisle Festival is just one of the events we sponsor. For four years running, we have sponsored the national not-for-profit UK Blues Federation, offering financial and practical support to encourage the best blues talents across the UK. Form has also been providing sponsorship to Blues at the Woodlands, a club based in Medway. Our support has helped them to organise live events where emerging young bands have the opportunity to showcase their outstanding talent.
