Once we understand how you work we’ll translate your requirements into an effective and inspiring workspace design that both incorporates your brand and identity, whilst enabling your staff to work more enjoyably and productively.

The key to our effective delivery of office or industrial refurbishment is in our management and your appointed FORM project manager will be your contact for everything you could possibly need; keeping all stakeholders up-to date, managing health and safety and ensuring your new office refurbishment is delivered on time and without any problems.

We are experts at working in occupied buildings and we will ensure that all disruptive activities take place after normal working hours or at weekends ensuring that noise and disturbance is kept to an absolute minimum. We understand that your staff cannot stop their activities to allow your office refurbishment to progress and that’s why we will create a strategy to occupy areas of your office at a time which can he handed back to you in sections or even floors at a time, this includes setting up temporary IT connections and workstations whilst we work through your workspace transformation.

This approach relies heavily on effective project management throughout our supply chain and we only engage with the best sub-contractors, all of which have passed stringent vetting procedures to ensure they comply with our quality, safety and environmental requirements.
